How Do I Order With eBay?

Buyers are able to "Add to basket" and continue shopping before placing the order with other desired products. as an altogether order. Alternatively, "Buy It Now" allows buyers to place an order on that specific item with immediate effect.

Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All methods are provided and organised by eBay themselves, not QLT.

Items can be shipped to your home or preferred location.

Shipping & Delivery Information

All orders placed by 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 2:45pm Friday will be dispatched on a next working day carrier service. For orders placed on eBay, there is a flat rate delivery charge of £8 for any item. For returns, the buyer pays return postage. If they use an eBay delivery label, it will be deducted from the refunded amount. Buyers can refer to the eBay return policy for more details. Buyers are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if they receive an item that is not as described in the listing.

As with our website, shop app, social media and any other shopping channels, orders placed on eBay are only eligible for delivery within the UK. QLT Supplies provides UK shipment and thus is only responsible for UK shipping.
