What is your shipping policy and where do you deliver?

All orders placed by 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 2:45pm Friday will be dispatched on a next working day carrier service via FedEx. Carriage is free on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT) if below £50 then next day delivery is £6.50. Shipping is only available to the UK only. For more details please email info@qlt.supplies

 

Can I do 'Click and Collect' Local Pickup rather than delivery?

You can arrange pickup from our head office and warehouse distribution at Parweld House, Bewdley Business Park, Long Bank, Bewdley, Worcestershire, DY122TZ. Pickup slots are available Monday - Thursday from 09:00 - 16:00 and Friday 08:30 - 14:00. You WILL NOT be able to arrange for collection on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Weekends. Please allow 1 working day after your order has been placed before collecting your item(s) to allow our team to assemble, prepare and finalise your order. Pickup is FREE of charge.

 

What are your hours of operation?

You can order from our site anytime you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Weekends ~
Sat & Sun (including Bank Holidays): CLOSED

In the event of a lost/unreceived order, please call 01299 269 501 or email us and a member of our sales team will investigate this issue with our couriers.

PLEASE NOTE - We can only investigate issues relating to orders placed via our website: www.qlt.supplies. We cannot assist with orders placed via other distributors of Parweld, Kapriol, RUKO, TERRAX or Panther PPE Products.
