Shipping policy

All orders placed by 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 2:45pm Friday will be dispatched on a next working day carrier service. Carriage is free on all orders over £50 (Excluding VAT and other Taxes), if below £50 then next working day delivery is £6.50.

Local Pickup can be arranged from Parweld House, Bewdley Business Park, Long Bank, Bewdley, DY122TZ. Orders can be collected 1 working day after an order has been placed. Orders placed over a weekend, cannot be collected until Tuesday. Call 01299 269 501 to arrange a suitable time Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 16:00 or Friday 08:30 - 14:00. Local Pickup is FREE of charge.

Please Note - Delivery and Collection applies to UK based residents/businesses only. Responsibility and costs of orders placed from and shipped outside of the UK belong to the consumer and these consumers may not be eligable for returns/refunds.
